Hand-picked at night to retain freshness, the fruit is de-stemmed and pressed into inox where it ferments on the skins for 15-20 days.
On the nose, the wine shows tropical, ripe apple aromas.   In the mouth, it is smooth with balanced and controlled but lively acidity. Aftertaste with citric sensations.
