Faulty Bottles
Wine faults unfortunately come with the territory. If your wine is affected by cork taint please contact us immediately and if possible send images of the cork and wine label that include the lot numbers. Please note that cork taint only affects wines with natural cork.
Many of the wines sold on Pour Decisions are made without chemical intervention, and are susceptible to structural changes if not stored correctly. All wines sold are stored in temperature controlled conditions and only shipped when the weather is suitable. Returns for faults such as oxidation and re-fermentation likely caused by incorrect storage are only accepted within the first 7 days following purchase. Please ensure you treat your wines correctly, try to store them in a dark place, preferably cool, where the temperature doesn’t fluctuate too much.
