Limeburn Hill Vineyard – Samhain 2023

When tasting with Robin, he said he wanted to make a wine to ‘make you smile’ – and does this pet nat do just that! Fuchsia pink bubble, elegant fizz, berry on the nose with crisp, dry hedgerow berries to taste and a slight herbaceous end. Delicious to drink on it’s own, or pair with goats cheese or a delicious berry crumble. Incredibly versatile, fun and delicious.
