This producer prides themselves on letting the grapes do the talking, which can be tasted with this perhaps surprisingly easy drinking Tempranillo. Named after the insects that inhabit the vineyard, an ode to the ethos of their natural winemaking. It is expressive whilst remaining delicate with notes of red fruits and very soft tannins. The lightness would pair as easily with chicken, whilst being able to stand up to red meat also.
