This is a Rosato we almost don’t want to sell, and just keep for ourselves! 100% Primitivo macerated on the skins for one day, transferred to porcelain amphorae then moved to vats for a little rest. The colour of sunset with notes of blood orange, sea salt and tart berries. The perfect companion to shellfish, or just to while away warm evenings with friends
