Another super exciting English Natural Col Fondo from just up the road at Little Waddon Vineyard! A super sophisticated blend of English grown Seyval Blanc, Phoenix and a dash of Regent to create a gorgeous pink fizz with notes of elderflower and cassis. It was a very popular welcome drink at our recent Rosé wine tasting. Col Fondo literally translates in Italian to ‘with the bottom”, meaning that sediment is present. This is a fun English wine full of fizz and character.
