Insanely delicious, dry, refreshing bubbles with a slightly tart flavour and a hint of apple and pear. Made from the Glera grape, the same grape used to make Prosecco, this wine is “col fondo,” meaning it’s bottled before fermentation is complete making it slightly cloudy and fully of yeasty richness.
