A clean and unctuous soft sheep’s cheese. It manages to have a gorgeous fudgy texture whilst remaining amazingly light. One of our favourites due to it’s refinement, wonderful with a glass of sparkling – no wonder it won Gold at the 2017 Artisan Cheese Awards.
