Casa Belfi – Bianco Frizzante, NV

  • Frizzante, sparkling
  • Veneto, Italy
  • 100% Glera
  • ABV: 10.5%
  • 750ml

A wonderfully approachable, too easy to drink sparkling wine! Floral and fresh on the nose, a gorgeous soft bubble with hints of lemon and toast. Dry and moreish! Casa Belfi Naturalmentefrizzante Sui Lieviti is a sparkling wine made through respect, tradition and the rediscovery of ancient methods / Metodo Ancestrale. A natural, lively, fragrant and naturally sparkling prosecco.

Fattoria San Lorenzo – Di Gino Bianco, 2023

  • White
  • Marche, Italy
  • 100% Verdicchio
  • ABV: 13.5%
  • 750ml

A fantastic dry biodynamic Verdicchio from Fattoria San Lorenzo. It’s one of our go-to’s – fresh pear with a hazlenutty complexity at the end. Perfect with pasta, chicken or fish, or just on it’s own! 100% Verdicchio – one of our favourite grape varieties for the cooler months.

Maremosso Bianco – Catarratto, 2022

  • Orange
  • Sicily, Italy
  • 100% Catarratto
  • ABV: 13.5%
  • 750ml

A light orange wine made with 100% Catarratto macerated on skins for 1 week. Think grapefruit skin, quince and a little sea salt with a subtle dried ginger heat at the end. Left open a few days and the ginger intesifies – truly magic, excellent on its own or with cheese or something with a lil kick in it – a shop fave!

Domaine de Vigneaux – Syrah, 2021

  • Red
  • Rhone, France
  • 100% Syrah
  • ABV: 14%
  • 750ml

From the Southern Ardeche, Rhone comes this medium bodied Syrah. Blackberries, black cherries, herbs and warmth. As the wine makers Christophe and Hélène say, “The more we advance in the years, the more we realise that nature does things well… making wine, being a winegrower, is not simply working your vineyard, harvesting your grapes and vinifying your wine…[Nature] has to be protected in order to be able to bequeath to our children a healthy and rich land on which they can live healthily”.
