This is a well balanced cider with good tannic structure and gentle acidity being tempered by aromas of tropical fruit. It is a blend of cider and dessert apples with the bulk coming from Ashton Brown Jersey (which brings the tropical fruit) Dabinett, Stoke Red and Vilberie.
