Click & Collect Orders
Placing a Click & Collect order allows you to skip the queue and reserve your order for collection later in the day.
As soon as you place your order with us we receive a notification and start packing. If there are any issues with your order we’ll give you a quick call or text.
Your order will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours and we’ll always send you an email when it’s ready.
Please make sure to check our closing times on the day you place your order. Any orders placed when we are closed will be made available when we reopen.
UK Shipping Costs & Information
We ship across the United Kingdom using DHL at a cost of £10.00. In some rare cases, please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
This service provides text message and email updates in transit and options for redelivery if you miss your shipment. It also offers a 2 hour window delivery service
We try to use minimal brown kraft cardboard and paper to pack your goods and try to avoid using bubble wrap unless absolutely necessary.
Your cheese will be wrapped in high quality cheese wrap unless already packaged by the artisan supplier. Both meat and cheese are packaged in our strong insulated box together with ice packs to keep your produce cool, ensuring it is in perfect condition when you receive it. Cheese is best wrapped in waxed paper as this ensures the cheese can breathe and does not dry out.
What if I am not here when my order is delivered?
Your order can be left in a safe place. We use DHL so download the app and through that you can organise a number of inflight options
In order to preserve the integrity of your produce we ship orders from Tuesday to Friday only. This allows us to avoid any unnecessary delays in transit over weekend periods.
Orders placed between midnight on Thursday, and midnight on Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday at the earliest.
We cannot guarantee next day delivery and due to the nature of shipping wine there can be breakages. If your parcel is delayed, you don’t receive it or there was an issue with delivery please email us at hello@pourdecisions.co.uk
