Sea sisters award winning rainbow trout is gently smoked over oak and preserved in a quality, extra virgin olive oil. This superb fish is delicious with eggs for breakfast or with crackers, cream cheese & pickles.

All their Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.
